The Defense said ATF Agent Brian Higgins was play fighting in the bar prior to arriving at 34 Fairview. They tried to say this was some sort of practice round in preparation for him murdering John O'Keefe. C'mon. It is so absurd. Karen Read was play fighting, too. The level of absurdity required to believe this means some sort of planned murder is lunacy. Karen Read backed into John going 24MPH, drunk and angry. It's simple. Oh my word, the John O'Keefe and Karen Read re-trial rumors were true! Karen's father, Bill Read, only has an assigned Court Officer monitoring him when jurors are present! The Court Officer was not next to Mr. Read when Hank Brennan won a morning motion hearing without the jury present. Clearly Bill was trying to look at jurors during testimony (and it seems likely at least one such juror complained). Wow, things are really going badly for Karen's defense. Noticeably absent were Karen Read and Aidan Kearney. Kearney was a no-show for the first hearing in the defamation case he’s been begging for, nonstop hyping, and supposedly couldn’t wait to face. One of the most egregious moments from trial one is captured here. On re-direct, Lally asks why Proctor doesn’t like David Yannetti and he starts in on a long LYING narrative. A side bar commenced, the jury was dismissed, but Aunty Bev wanted to note for the record Yannetti’s reaction and scold him. Ma’am, you literally have Peggy O’Keefe all but jumping the rail of the gallery with her theatrics towards the defense team with the jury seated DIRSCTLY across from her during this spectacle. It is hard to know what to believe, but if true, this juror broke their oath over the last 2 months, and despite the facts that show Karen Read is Guilty, it seems the process was rigged early on. My worst fear was stealth jurors in this case. I have always contended that the jury should have been picked from Boston, not from Norfolk County where FKR ran amock. It was always the defense team's plan to taint the jury pool. #KarenRead #verdictwatch
