Agar baqayida kisi schedule pe chaltay ya koi nizam hota tou adhi raat ko yeh harkatein na karni parti. Beautification should be for citizens first foreigners second. At least thats how real nations operate. Food for thought. Anyway kudos to the workers and better late than never
