People finally realizing the prices are ridiculous. They have to work a whole lifetime just to pay for it.

Any single dude 20-25 should just invest in a reliable, paid off car and just thug it out living in that 50$ insurance, 100$ phone, gas. Go gym and get a hotel 1-2 days a week Get you some money saved up to play with.

Boomers cooked the economy with their greed. “I paid $40,000 for this in 1984 and it is totally worth $600,000 now!! No it’s not our fault we blocked all new affordable homes from being built and no we are not NIMBY’s!”

All these places WERE great, but they exported industry and jobs to CHina and India. We could've had a thriving America if you weren't sold out.

If it was Appalachia you get complimentary supernatural creatures lol

I've worked in rural areas and I've seen houses like this. Your about 30 miles away from the fucking gas station and the woods say your name at night. You boil the water. The roof leaks and your fortunate if a storm visits

I used to live in Phoenix in the shittiest of apartments and rent was raised to almost 2K a month. Once my job told me I had to work remote, I bought a 3/2 house in rural AZ for 268K. Granted it's on a small amount of land, but it was brand new construction in a nice area.

Motor / manufactured home. Some of them you can actually move if you need to - just make sure frame is in good shape underneath and you can get wheels replaced.

Idk where that is but for 79? IM FUCKING RUNNING. Here in canada? Thats 3.8 million minimum. I can put an rv on it and start demolishing

Didn't know my guy Jack was on twitter 😎 hell ya

Saw a place like this up near me for $150K. Basically a Tear-Down. You were PAYING for the 7 acres of land that it stood on.

And it’s on Lake Placid!

At most 5,000 because that house need massive update and upgrades to even be livable

Bro os not Nick Rochefort

Bro, save some hairline for the rest of us

$79K is basically the cost for the lot because I promise that house has to be completely bulldozed and rebuilt.

A house like that in canada would be like 300k

Kill all boomers with tire irons

79K for the house. Cost 200k to fix said house......

You can’t be serious. The last house was completely redone. It didn’t sale for 40k from what the pics show. Unserious take.

Shit 💩

So happy they show the price history. Realtors are crazy.

If you aren't from that area, they will make you miserable! Don't do it.

148.5 million residences 2.58 people per residence Housing in the US for 383 million You are in 18.6 in 2026 If you know what 18.6 means the collapse is coming in real estate Oh yeah Boomers are all 65+ in 3 years

You can have this beauty in Detroit Only two houses on the entire block and the other one is a trap house right next door 😀 And the freeway is your backyard

Spoken like a true soft handed sissy that doesn’t know how to build anything with his hands

The second $40k sale is probably then subsiding the land and selling it off.

Put 179k in it all in and I’m sure I’d look nice. 79k will never be livable…

Mesothelioma

This guy doesn’t know what he’s talking about

Is it mandatory in the US to keep track what property/houses have been sold for? That sounds sick to track it like that.

The last house I don’t believe they purchased it for 40,000. I’m assuming they took out a second mortgage on it. Because the 127 asking price and then the 40,000 comes out to about what they’re asking. I’m assuming they updated the house with the 40 K.

This looks like the next crack shack Raymond @RnT45t1 will try to flip and fail miserably again.

Hair tells me your based in Jersey 😅
