79k and needs another 100k of repairs also zero opportunities in these rural areas you can work at the local walmart maybe.

All of these people are boomers. The most greedy vultures the world has ever seen. They will have 5 houses and not being able to sell for the price they want, while their children are homeless.

PROTIP: offer just make a lowball offer desperate people have no other choices.

A motorhome comes with $600 lot fee per month in perpituity on top of a $75k mortgage

You literally said in the middle of nowhere they can't sell it. Because it's in the middle of nowhere, nobody wants to live there.

I just bought my house 3 days ago for $6, put some new stickers on the mailbox, and I’m selling it next week for 2.3 million. Y’all are just soft.

This is what boomers want you to do to get your first house. Absolute dogshit properties that secretly need work, and its why im renting. I have another 5 years before I finally anchor myself somewhere. Housing market is rubbish, dunno what to do or say sometimes.

Most people do not understand how to see the bones of the house. If it has good bones it can have good value. Just understand homes built 60+ years ago were built for a longer lifespan 100 year homes. Were down to 10-20 years now with new builds.

Trailer homes are crazy good now, I'd just go land and get one of those.

Theres a huge lake next to that florida home

Work at the local dollar general bruh lock in house needs thousands in repair cost just have money for it bruh

if this guy thinks these prices are crazy, he should look at Sydney Australia. At least 5x more

Why do people expect to find something livable for under 100k? Median yearly income is 87k. The way housing works is unless there's an oversupply starter houses are ~3 years of median income in US. That's for livable, but simple small house with little amenities.

I bought my house because I had a dream about a cartoon bear telling me that I needed to do it sooner than later that was one of my big pushes... I'm so glad I bought when I did

That first house was likely condemned due to it being a meth house that caught fire. That means that plot of land is now unhinhabitable until it can be completely cleaned, which is going to cost a lot more than 80K.

Genuinely not taking this even if it was free. It’s just an unnecessary headache and it’s in the middle of nowhere. Cant live there cant rent it. Just a liability

79k for this big house sounds reasonable. getting furniture will take some time but finding good used one shouldn't be that bad, worst prob would be electricity and internet

This guy would have a heart attack if he lived in Canada 🤣

I got 5 on it.

If you can't tear that PoS down to the studs and fix it then you have no business buying a motor home with a motor & transmission you also don't know how to repair.

You now the list price is negotiable

If Dennis Miller had a shitty real estate podcast.

As a haunted house movie set it's perfect

As you age you need to think. Stairs / door openings/ hospitals/stores etc etc..

Wrong lake placid is a desirable area. That’s a steal . That clown doesn’t know anything about Florida .

@BeNice2MeProd @thugthief He copied the whole fucking flow, word for word, bar for bar

@dtonpc

The people who says shit like this are retarded. I’ve lived in buttfuck nowhere Indiana and it gets cold af, your neighbors are methheads, local jobs are shit and you have no community. There’s a reason why we have a drug and mental health epidemic.

Is that sean penn
