The Voting Rights Act of 1965 ended intentional racial discrimination in voting and districts. Democrats misconstrued it. They twisted it into a license for racial discrimination in congressional districts. The Supreme Court corrected that today. Democrats don't get to carve out DEI districts based on race. These racial districts violate the Equal Protection Clause of the Fourteenth Amendment. Thanks for having me, Benny Johnson.

For how long Milords will protect Justice Yashwant Varma in the name of Judicial Immunity? A writ petition was mentioned in the Supreme Court by Mathews J. Nedumpara seeking FIR against the High court Judge Yashwant Varma and this is what happened inside the Court. Nedumpara : This is the third writ petition. CJI BR Gavai : You want it to be dismissed right now? Nedumpara : It is impossible to be dismissed. FIR has to be registered. Now Varma seems to be asking for that only. There has to be an FIR, an investigation. CJI BR Gavai : Is he your friend? He is still Justice Verma. How do you address him? Have some decorum. You are referring to a learned judge. He is still a judge of the Court. Nedumpara : I don't think that greatness can apply to him. Matter has to be listed. CJI BR Gavai : Don't dictate to the Court. DISMSISSED
