Yesterday, the HELP Committee unanimously passed my Expedited Access to Biosimilars Act. This bill would eliminate costly and unnecessary studies for generic versions of biologic drugs like monoclonal antibodies and cancer treatments. We are one step closer to significantly reducing the cost and time it takes for Americans to get more affordable drugs.
