"ये क्या नाटक लगा रखा है?":- FM .Nirmala Sitharaman Ji not only schools Rogue Opposition over it's Nautaki of protests wrt GST on life/medical insurance premium, but also mentions SOMETHING tacitly.🔥 "Since letter (from COLLEAGUE MINISTER) came in public via someone else... they (Opposition) protested in the Parliament with 200 MPs to demand removal of GST. There was already pre-GST tax on premiums before GST was introduced. This is not a new issue, it was already there in all the Stares. Those protesting here... did they discuss regarding the removal of this tax in their states?" Anyways, purpose of THAT person who wrote letter to FM to Stoke this Controversy is already solved. Did HE want to put #Modi Sarkar in an awkward position? Was that letter deliberately leaked to Media & Opposition? What do you think from HIS past record since 2014?

I heard Hon’ble MP (LS) Abhishek Banerjee's speech very carefully. It's unfortunate that he twisted facts which are known to everyone in this House. Very conveniently he spoke about the life cycle of an individual & lied. Ever since the GST was introduced in 2017, there has been ZERO GST on milk. Is he taking the members of this House as fools? There's no GST on education. Effectively, the GST is exempt. Pre-school to higher secondary education, there's no GST. Education leading to recognised qualifications, there's no GST. On books, textbooks & notebooks, there's no GST since 2017. He even spoke about pencil, sharpener etc. How can someone lie so much? Pencils, sharpeners, erasers, exercise books, notebooks, and maps have zero GST. On Healthcare services (treatment, diagnosis, care), I want to thank the members of the GST Council, there's 0% GST since 1st July, 2017. Health & Life Insurance on Individual plans was brought down to 0% in the Next Gen GST reforms (September 2025). He even mentioned about the fact that an individual is charged GST even after his death. There was no GST on funeral services ever in the first place. May be it's the syndicate running in West Bengal, which will be charging cut money on death. - Smt Nirmala Sitharaman in Lok Sabha.

Nine Remarkable Years of the Goods and Services Tax (GST) mark a transformative milestone in India's economic journey. Sree Annapoorna is a famous vegetarian restaurant chain in Coimbatore. On Wednesday, the owner of the restaurant Mr. Srinivasan attended an event with FM Nirmala Sitharaman and asked a question about the anomalies in GST very very politely. "The problem is that GST is applied differently to each item. For example: there is no GST on bun. If you put cream in it, GST becomes 18%. Because of this, customers ask we give bun and cream separately and they will apply cream on the bun themselves to save money. People say that the FM has put 5% GST on sweet and 12% on namkeen because people eat a lot of sweets in the North. In Tamil Nadu, sweet, namkeen and coffee go together. Please charge uniform GST for these. The computer itself is getting stuck because of this GST confusion." Madame Sitharaman laughed at it on stage. But Mr. Srinivasan was later made to apologize to her on video and he was seen saying the he is not affiliated to any party. Master ji is intolerant to criticism and his minions are also acting like him, becoming extremely intolerant to criticism.
