FIX LATAM SERVERS UNPLAYABLE

South American servers have been experiencing a lot of issues lately... Please look into it. Unplayable ping, rubber banding and frame drops all weekend. There's a lot of cases reported on steam discussions. Plus voice chat does not currently work on SA servers, since january.

Disconnect issues since the update: The Witch event is totally underwhelming, to be totally honest this “event” should just be how the game is standard all the time. There isn’t anything new/special with this event, just a green cart. 🙄 At least we can actually earn XP I guess.
