UPDATE: A judge dismissed the charges?

“I thought it was a gun.” “I thought they grabbed my gun.” “I thought it was my taser.” “I thought it was my apartment.” “I thought we were in the right apartment.” “I thought her boyfriend had a warrant.” “I thought he was going to kill me.” “I thought he was going to run!”

Judge should have recused. The law firm representing this police officer -represented her in her divorce.

This is absolutely horrible how the judge just dismissed the case as if nothing wrong happened. A man was killed while sitting in his car, and his (very white) killer walks away because... entitlement. That's the only word I can think of.
