Justice for Cody Harper the 20 years old who was attacked by 3 men and arrested is now due in court. He was taken to Perry Barr police station and left in the cells until the following day. The police told him he wouldn't be charged for the fight the one where he was attacked) but he will be charged with assaulting an emergency worker. He will be at Birmingham magistrates court on the 23rd July.

CAA’s Online Monitoring and Investigations Unit has obtained an audio recording in which he claims that his interviewing officer expressed solidarity with his support for the proscribed terrorist organisation. The police must immediately and transparently examine whether an officer expressed solidarity with someone arrested for allegedly showing support for a proscribed terrorist organisation. If so, this would represent gross misconduct on the part of the relevant officer, who must obviously be dismissed from their position and criminally investigated. We are writing to Metropolitan Police.
