Update: De-Flock Patriot has bond revoked and might be held until trial for destroying cameras in a neighboring county…. A man not afraid to take action could use some support right now. If only 10% of us followed they wouldn’t be able to stop us.

He didn’t destroy them. He filmed it. He disassembled by removing two bolts and delivered them to the tyrant station

He did damage some in the other county by cutting the wires…..

@Hat_1776 Yeah it’s total bs…but they are gonna try to scare as many people by trumping up his charges. A jury trial will be his saving grace.

Isn’t there a thing where jury can say he’s free to go

Jim Roberts 的头像

Yes but they can hold him until that Jury decides. He was on bond already and they revoked it.

From his FB: We thought ABQ RAW Bernalillo County Sheriff's Office was local journalism until we watched y’all team up with the cops in real-time to shut down the one of the faces in center of attention in a worldwide debate: Jevon. Then BCSG—forced right into the blinding spotlight—pulls out the playbook of an ex-cop media expert to slap a dark shadow over a movement that started as local community joy and was about to spread nationwide. Not your typical Tuesday, or is it? Suddenly you cared way too much about everyday people donating to a local activist who the cops already know too well as the loud, passionate voice fighting Flock cameras in NM. Only now, with all these crimes and eyes finally on you, you had to make sure the internet knew about a 23-year-old plea. Conveniently leaving out salient words like DISMISSED, copy-pasting bind-over dates just to frame a guy as a serial offender, and—we’re fully convinced—slapping that creepy filter on to scare people away from what this whole publicity stunt was actually dodging: who, what, when, where. Must be nice. Lucky for the officers, court clerks, and former sheriffs, you get the VIP luxury of the "higher-ups"—constitutional cushions, sealed or unpublished files, and high-volume crimes that actually threaten the public quietly swept under the rug. I dug around and didn't see any of your teams' dismissals posted for the public to feast on. But hey, who cares about fact-checking when you're an "influencer" or a "professional journalist"? Just slap a guilty label on it if it makes the headlines spicier or was it poisonous you meant? Let’s drag it back to why this started in the first place: WHY? Specially why, after a whole pipeline of authorities gets popped by the feds for trafficking drugs, smuggling heavy artillery, and tipping off dealers to tank high-profile investigations, is Flock suddenly a state priority? Why is my Jevons past relevant and/or a bigger threat than the actual corruption rotting the city? Why did my house deserve 80% of the Rio Rancho and ABQ police forces, plus military assets and a bomb squad, when I don't have a single violent conviction or an arrest report that wasn't mutually hostile? I came to you. And when I walked up to the station the second time—peacefully, just getting anxious for actual answers—you rolled out the aggressive, hostile force while actual violent crimes and at least one homicide were happening right around the corner at that exact same time. Let's talk about the cameras, too. How long were those things not capturing what they were supposed to? What areas? What times? Who had back-end access, and were they being toggled off-grid? Starts sounding a lot like what’s happening in the skies over NM—planes flying with zero documented passengers, blacked-out corridors, Peterson Properties connections, and the same intelligence sheriff running communications. Only now it's ground-level surveillance owned by the legacy inheritors of Peterson Properties, synced up with ABQ RAW, who are synced up with the state. Was this internal mess related to that whole "interference with communications" scandal—where a cop ran a data query just to tip off a drug dealer and blow up an undercover operation? Roads blocked off for an unarmed man loudly trying to find a peaceful resolution. The Republic of New Mexico) made multiple attempts to ask when the cameras were coming down—absolute dead silence. (Posted) When you line up the dates of outside crimes and internal corruption right alongside cameras magically going off-grid and unmonitored, how exactly is a veteran with documented PTSD and TBI symptoms act when someone with real inside access confirms, after gaining 9 felonies to protect —-what you are now validating 🤯without a word of reasonable communication Listen who would act in a way as such if they didn’t truly believe they were in a threatening situation — media coverage all over is showing internal corruption.

All Flock is illegal. Removing an illegal and harmful object so as to protect the public is typically a “protected act” in most states. Examples: A woman finds a loaded gun at a children’s playground. She removes it to a safe location. A man finds an alligator approaching a patio with children playing. He gets his gun out and kills it. ALL MASS SURVEILLANCE DEVICES are illegal in USA. 18 USC 241,242. They violate the US Constitution, 1st, 3rd, 4th, 5th, 9th Amendments, Right to Travel Freely under Constitution, and Inverse Constitutional Rights—the Right to Privacy is absolute. Therefore, removing illegal contraband harmful to the public should be a “protected activity”.

If you look up the guys name and background you will see this guy is a Pedo, he was charged with messing with Minors!! That’s right your here likes to touch little girls stop promoting him or at least do your research…

Jim Roberts 的头像
Jim Roberts29 天前

Don’t be an ignorant ass hole. When he was 21 he met a woman at a bar who was drinking in said bar and she never disclosed her age. They went home together and the girls father found out and made huge issues. Be honest Don….

Don Justice 的头像
Don Justice29 天前

Don’t give ANY passes on Pedo behavior or excuses. I learned from Epstein after he beat charges once, there is smoke there is fire! Don’t associate yourself with people who had ANY issues with minors. Infact YOU went your whole life without an issue with minors ,why didn’t he?

Jim Roberts 的头像
Jim Roberts29 天前

She was weeks from being 18 and presented herself as 21. Isn’t right but it’s hardly a predatorial offense.

Don Justice 的头像
Don Justice27 天前

Um, so was a couple of Epsteins victims? It’s literally against the law in my state to engage with or ANY intimate relationship with a person under the age of 18 in my state. That is a Felony, you will go to jail & lose your gun rights over that, do you even know the law?

Jim Roberts 的头像
Jim Roberts27 天前

The charges were dismissed, he is NOT a registered SO.

Don Justice 的头像
Don Justice27 天前

I notice you didn’t comment on 2 things I said, you have lived your whole life without an allegation like that & so have I that’s not a coincidence… 2nd you know in our state touching anyone under 18 doesn’t fly so don’t promote that ideology it’s illegal & you know it!

Oh yes, The Minnesota police officer who shot and killed an unarmed 911 caller in July 2017 was Mohamed Noor. [1] The Incident •Victim: Justine Ruszczyk Damond (also known as Justine Ruszczyk), a 40-year-old dual citizen of the U.S. and Australia. • •Date: July 15, 2017. • •Details: Damond called 911 to report a possible sexual assault in the alley behind her Minneapolis home. When officers Mohamed Noor and his partner arrived in a squad car, Damond approached the driver's side in her pajamas. Noor fired across his partner from the passenger seat, fatally striking Damond. Noor later stated he fired because he heard a loud bang and feared an ambush. [1, 2, 3, 4, 5] • Legal Outcome •Conviction: Noor was convicted by a jury in 2019 of third-degree murder and second-degree manslaughter. He is believed to be the first police officer in modern Minnesota history convicted of murder for an on-duty shooting. [1, 2, 3] • •Sentencing: He was originally sentenced to 12½ years in prison. [1, 2] • •Appeal: In September 2021, the Minnesota Supreme Court vacated his third-degree murder conviction, ruling that the charge did not apply to a single individual. His manslaughter conviction remained, and he was released from prison in June 2022 after serving his adjusted sentence. [1, 2] •

Trust me you wouldn't even need 10% of the US population against those cameras. You'd need 1% to put a stop to it.

Matthew Dohn 的头像

I’m not sure I understand the legal argument for prosecuting this. If the camera is fundamentally Unconstitutional then its removal is a legal act of remedy.
