literally nothing was said. you talked in circles. i am ashamed that this is considered the update on our contract. we continue waiting for information, and we are told to continue waiting. after a mandated 12-hour shift (non odl), i am disappointed, to say the least

Arbitration... A little bit more isn't enough after a 23.45% inflation and doubling of home prices AND RENT! The previous contract was negotiated BEFORE the large inflation hit. Any carrier, including CCA's, should make more than starting career clerks at $27/hr.

It's not all about the money. You sold us out with the shortened office time and the changes to article 8. We voted the whole contract down, not just Financials. You really don't listen to the members.
