Sirf unki hi family hai ? I am single mother. Subah 7 se sam ke 8 tak kaam karte he even raat ko bhi sir. Hame bhi difficult hota hai. Ek female CA ko kitni problems hoti he wo CBDT ko kya pata.

An lawyer is allowed extension after extension and we are asking for 1 extension...that's giving them pain...only the lawyer has family i guess...

Did the Hon.Court ask the proof of CBDT Lead counsel on his family member's health condition? Simply accepted the statement? MOreover, decision left on CBDT's end to clear whether CBDT is extendending the date or not? How come this type of hearing is happening?

When a CBDT member in such a Position is absent due to Personal since they are Human beings and other stakeholders are not

it's a good question raised by the court why has CA institute not taken up extension demand to the court ?

what the purpose of these sort of delay by CBDT... either they are not able to make up their mind. either do extention or say directly they will not do . we are stuck in the middle
