Emergency services and traffic officials are currently attending to the incident, with early reports indicating possible injuries and fatalities. Motorists travelling from Gauteng towards Polokwane are advised to off-ramp at Nyl Plaza and use the R101 route into the city. Those travelling southbound from Polokwane should also use the R101 towards Mokopane and rejoin the N1 at Nyl Plaza. The Premier has confirmed that there has been fatalities in the accident.
