An ancient temple is under illegal occupation by Islamists. 👉 They have occupied the temple pond. 👉 They have occupied the shops surrounding the temple. 👉 They do not allow any cameras. 👉 They broke cameras of common people and reporters who tried to record their illegal occupation. 👉 They attack anyone who questions them. 👉 They have occupied the parking space. No Hindu can park their vehicles anymore. This brave reporter defied all odds and recorded the present situation. #HazaraRama temple is one of the most beautiful temples of #hampi. As the name suggests, the temple is dedicated to #ShriRam. It was once the private temple of the royal family of Vijayanagara. Located right inside the royal residential quarter, the temple is famous for its bas relief panels depicting the story of #Ramayana. Hazara Rama Temple was built in the early part of the 15th century by the then king of Vijayanagara, Devaraya II. The interior of the Sabhamandapa has ornately sculpted columns in black stone reminiscent of the Chalukya architecture, while the temple itself is built from local granite. The garbhgriha is now empty, but the pedestal inside has three holes that prove that the temple once had Vigraha of Rama, Lakshmana and Sita inside the garbhgriha. Like most Hindu temples in Hampi, this too was looted, vandalized and desecrated in 1565 after the defeat of the Vijayanagara empire by the combined forces of the Deccan Muslim Sultanates. However, what remains is still impressive. The front side of the temple has bas reliefs of dancers, elephant and horse processions, musicians and the royals participating in the Dushhera festival. The sides have exquisite bas relief panels of the Ramayana, starting from King Dashratha shooting an arrow and mistakenly killing Shravana. There are panels of the Putrakameshi Yagya, Dasaratha giving the payas to his 3 wives, his four sons being born, Vishwamitra taking Rama and Lakshmana with him, Rama breaking the bow during swayamvara, Sita Kalyanam, all the way to Shriram killing Ravana! For a small temple, the Hazara Rama temple is very impressive in its sculptural wealth. I really wish that someday, the temple will be living again, with new Vigrahas installed on the garbhgriha. We need our temples back, not soulless stone museums! We pay for 👉Parking ticket - Devadaya Ministry will take 👉Footware ticket - Devadaya Ministry will take 👉Darshana ticket - Devadaya Ministry will take 👉Pooja ticket - Devadaya Ministry will take 👉Abhishekam - Devadaya Ministry will take 👉Ashtotharam - Devadaya Ministry will take 👉Prasadam ticket- Devadaya Ministry will take Last but not least, all the Money placed in Hundi is taken by Devadaya Ministry We pay for all these services from our money which is left after paying taxes. INJUSTICE is the word. Context below: (with News18) (1) Thiruparamkudram is an ancient cave temple in Madurai (TN). It has been revered as a Siva temple in the 6th century by Tamizh saints. The same temple houses Skanda/Kartikeya revered as Muruga which has been sung in all poems, famously in the Thiruppugazh. So, it is a Hindu cave temple for millenniums. (2) It is a cave temple whose premises largely has been scooped out of the granite hill. Architecture of the Pandyas, Cholas, Nayaks is evident. So the kings of the past have embellished this temple. It is a very famous Hindu temple. (3) Between 1336 and 1378, Madurai was ruled by the most tyrant rulers called 'Madurai Sultanate'. The last ruler (Akbaruddin Sikandar) was killed by Kampanna, the valiant Vijayanagara king who put an end to the blood thirsty rule. But wonder what, suddenly some Islamic structure comes for the king (who tortured the Tamizh people) atop the cave temple! (4) An age-old Tamizh festival is Thirukkarthigai with multiple literary and inscriptional evidences. As a part of the festival, a lamp is lit above the hill at the Deepa-thoon (the stone pillar). Devotees approach the MHC to assert their right. The court examines and orders that the Hindus can light the lamp. But guess what? The HRnCE goes and says the Hindus won't light citing law & order issues. But the MHC again says, the Hindus can light the lamp, as it is their right. (5) When Hindus gather to light the lamp, they are stopped. Isn't this directly in opposition to the court's order? At the end of the day, Hindus can never assert what they even own. Sad & Bitter, yet the truth.

The biggest center of Hindu faith, considered the abode of Govardhan Maharaj, has now seen religious activism creeping into the Parikrama route as well. Structures have been set up in front of Hindu temples through conspiracy, and after that, attempts are being made to change the atmosphere by offering chadar. There is still time - Hindus, oppose this anti-Hindu activity now, otherwise once the Waqf Board claims it, you won’t be able to do anything. An “illegal mazar” (tomb/shrine) built in front of a Shiva temple along the Govardhan Parikrama path in Mathura, Uttar Pradesh. It’s from last month. Unbelievable from MP: What is clearly a Hindu temple, and what should have simply been given to Hindus, now turns into a Masjid on Fridays! And the irony is that the judiciary gives permission for the same. I am talking about Bhojshala: this Friday, on Basant Panchami, the campus will serve as both a temple of Maa Vagdevi and a masjid for Muslims, as per the court order. I had been there last year, the Muslims call our havan kund their wuzu khana; where we offer aahuti, they will spit water. We take our slippers outside, they walk with them inside our temple, walk over inscriptions, and more. Sharing an excerpt from my report:

Don't know when our Indian dream will be fulfilled and puja aarti will start in the temple.🙏 PARNAMI TEMPLE IN MALKA HANS, PUNJAB, PAKISTAN The dilapidated relics of the Parnami temple used to be one of the central ashrams of the Parnami faction of Hindus. Mahant Darbara Singh had constructed this five-story majestic building of the temple over 200 years ago. Dust of ages has settled in deep layers on the pedestal where Samadhi of Dya Ram - the founder of the Parnami sect used to rest in the main chamber of the temple. "A large number of Hindus had been visiting here before partition and there use to be a big annual Mela in the month of Chetar," informed a Painde Khan is using this place as a house. "I am paying rent to Auqaf for living in this Khandar," he complained a little wistfully. This grand monument of the past with sold masonry and ornate designs wrought by artisans and artists centuries ago was one of the fine specimens of Hindu architecture. Termite is eating Wood but exquisite quality of woodwork on windows, doors and murals on the battered walls can still be seen. The thin red bricks excavated from this monument have been used in adjacent houses in the compound. And, sadly, the temple cannot be defined in the images. Auqaf does not appear to have any idea about what to do with these splendid remains of the Hindu architectural legacy, except perhaps recovering the rent from the tenants. "Last time Auqaf got the place cleaned was when Indian dignitaries visited the temple", told Painde Khan. Legend has it that there was a tunnel from this temple to Pakpattan,
