UgandaVsMollyKatanga Senior Forensic Pathologist calls the possibility that Mr Henry Katanga was shot and killed by his wife Molly Katanga, “extremely slim and highly unlikely”. He said the case before Justice Rosette Comfort Kania is not a homicide but a homicide-suicide where Mr Henry Katanga beat his wife, thought she was dead then sat or stood on the bed and shot himself. He lambasted the postmortem report presented by the state to back up their case as a “very dangerous postmortem report that couldn’t have passed peer review” in a serious entity. Dr Sylvester Onzivua was the first defense witness in this trial. He holds a Degree in Medicine and Surgery, from Makerere University (1993), a Masters of Medicine in Pathology (2003), a Post Graduate Diploma in Forensic medicine from the Colleges of Medicine of South Africa (2005). He’s also trained in Forensic Anthropology from Durban. He worked with Mulago Hospital, attached to the Department of Pathology of Makerere University and part of his deployment was in the City Mortuary where he was the Head of City Mortuary. He worked there from 2005 up to 2013. He said he has testified in numerous cases, mostly for the prosecution, including in the military courts. In a session whose start was marked by early heated exchanges between defense attorney Elison Karuhanga and Chief State Attorney Jonathan Muwaganya, Dr Onzivua took on the mantle of courtroom forensic pathology Prof, basically reliving a teaching role he continues to play in real life at Makerere University, even after his retirement. Early court proceedings were anything but smooth, with the Judge calling both sets of lawyers to her chambers for more than 2 hours because the state was adamant that Dr Onzivua shouldn’t use the postmortem report on court file but should instead use copies availed to him by the defense. On resumption and with a 50 slide PowerPoint presentation, Dr Onzivua took Justice Kania through the science of bullets and bullet injuries. He told her how to tell a bullet entry wound from an exit wound. He then used images of the late Henry Katanga, taken during postmortem, to show that the pathologists who conducted that postmortem wrote an erroneous report that misled the court to think the bullet that killed Mr Katanga went from left to right as opposed to what he said was a scientifically incontrovertible conclusion that the bullet direction was right to left. This point is very key because when Justice Kania put Mrs Katanga to her defense, she relied in part on prosecution evidence that claimed that Mr Katanga was shot on the left side of his head and since he was right handed, this would be very difficult. Dr Onzivua scoffed at that and using a combination of human props and postmortem images, he showed that indeed the state had it wrong; that it was scientifically wrong to conclude as they did. He pointed to the absence of tattooing, lacerations on the hole on the left side of Mr Katanga’s head and wondered why the state pathologists concluded that it was an entry hole despite showing all characteristics of an exit hole. He said there’s “no tattooing, no blackening, no muzzle imprint on a close contact bullet entry wound? So how, how, hoooow would they have called this an entry wound in the absence of blackening, tattooing or muzzle imprint? There’s no scientific basis of calling the wound on the left an entry wound.” “The wound on the right was stated to be 5cm by 3cm and this was described as an exit wound. The entire dimensions of the ear were taken and then stated to be the dimensions of the exit wound. This, scientifically is not correct. The true dimensions of the skull defect on the right side were not taken and there is therefore no scientific basis to call it an exit wound. A comparison of the right and left ear shows blackening on the right and none on the left. On the contrary, the external features of the wound on the right side are those of an entry hole” Cont’d…

A second better example is of private John Atwine that was killed from Luzira prisons using lignocaine. Infact let me attach the video of Dr. Sylvester Onzivua's comment of that Government Analytical laboratory again.even when he concludes with "incompetence" we all can clearly see that it's a pattern of compromise.

I am happy to announce to everyone that the baby that was stolen from her mom at birth and was sold have been rescued by STS under the leadership of ACP VICTOR…..the mother of the baby came to my office(MVOI) on the 25th of April 2026 after she had explained everything to me I took her straight to STS POLICE STATION IN GUZZAPE where the matter was tabled to the COMMANDER OF STS(ACP VICTOR) after he listened to the matter he took personal interest in the matter and immediately a petition was drafted and taken to the DIG FID where it was approved and the next day 26th April members of STS moved to imo state to make an arrest which was successful and on the 27TH the suspect was brought down to Abuja for further investigations after few days she disclosed it was a lawyer that paid for the baby the sum of 4.5 million naira total after the confession the STS POLICE moved with suspect to Lagos state where they apprehended the lawyer and rescued the baby,yesterday they were all brought down and today here we are,we are waiting for the mother of the child to do a proper handover to the mother of the child

Last night, after midnight, I visited Buzibwera Health Centre IV in Buzibwera Town Council, which houses the headquarters of Mbarara District and serves a highly populated area. A resident reported that one of the midwives advised him to transfer his pregnant wife to Mbarara because the facility does not conduct deliveries on weekends. He further alleged that he was charged UGX 100,000 to use the ambulance. The health workers also highlighted gaps, including the lack of essential equipment such as an ultrasound scan. I have directed that an audit be carried out on the number of staff at the facility and that these concerns be forwarded to my senior colleague the Minister in charge of Health, Hon. DR. CHRIS BARYOMUNSI, for urgent action to address these gaps and improve service delivery. Shocking revelations! This is the information that I received regarding the Political Killing Task Team from one of the former investigators at the Task Team. They were about to arrest the police officers who were implicated in the killing of Sindiso Maqaqa. I'm told that all reports that were withheld by Bheki Cele have been retrieved and handed over to Minister Senzo Mchunu. "These 2 man above are hitman and real shooters of Sindiso Magaqa. Mr Jabulani Mdunge was a registered police informer and was handled in Pietermaritzburg. He was registered on Thursday 11 May 2017 handled by Capt Pillay together with former Lt Jerry Brooks. On Thursday 15 June 2017 Capt Pillay,Lt colonel Jerry Brooks,Brig Sthembiso Ndlovu all approved an amount of R15 000 for Jabulani Mdunge to use it to purchase a stolen Mercedes Benz silver in color. They also approved R2500 for Jabulani Mdunge to buy an unlicensed firearm and AK 47. They also approved R2000 for Jabulani Mdunge to buy ammunition. These amounts came from the secret service account known as Slush Fund. These officials all signed for these amounts. These amounts were all deposited into Jabulani Mdunge's FNB account on Thursday 15 June 2017 around 5pm. Mr Jabulani Mdunge bought all these equipments and after that him and his friend Mr Sibusiso Malusi Ncengwa started to target and kill ANC councilors within the province using the very same crime intelligence equipments. These equipments after the purchase they were supposed to be taken to SAP13 immediately and be kept as evidence but these officials illegally handed over to Mr Jabulani Mdunge and Mr Sibusiso Ncengwa. Mr Jabulani Mdunge together with Mr Ncengwa were then hired by the late Mayor Mr Mluleki Ndobe together with former City manager Zweliphansi Sikhosana to go and kill Sindiso Magaqa. They used Mercedes Benz which was bought by Crime Intelligence, they used unlicensed AK-47 which was also bought by Crime Intelligence and ammunition which was also bought by Crime Intelligence. On the day of the killing 13 July 2017 Mr Jabulani Mdunge together with Sibusiso Ncengwa received an amount of R120 000 in hard cash and were later had to receive R600 000. After taking the R120 000 which was a deposit they pleated it and got a share of R50 000-R50 000 each. They then gave crime intelligence R20 000 for helping them. After the case started to backfire and hunt crime intelligence Capt Pillay,Lt Colonel Jerry Brooks and Brig Sthembiso Ndlovu came to an agreement to assassinate Jabulani Mdunge and Sibusiso Ncengwa to cover up their asses because if they were to be arrested they were going to expose the crime intelligence corruption. Indeed on Friday 01 September 2017 Jabulani Mdunge was assassinated and Sibusiso Ncengwa survived the attack. General Khumalo was still a lead investigator in the political killings task team which was also investigating the Sindiso Magaqa case and he was told by the former minister Cele not to arrest crime intelligence officials because it will be an embarrassment and bring the police into disrepute and indeed he turned the blind eye towards crime intelligence. After doing so the very same minister Cele promoted him to go to be national head of Crime Intelligence just to make sure he protects this information and these officials from prosecution. There is a very huge coverup in this case and the biggest problem is that not only Sindiso Magaqa was killed by crime intelligence registered informants using state resources but there are a lot of ANC councilors who were killed by the same people in Pietermaritzburg, Richmond, Umzimkhulu , Durban and Greytown. Crime Intelligence was operating as a Third Force unit. This is why General Khumalo is heading both units, Crime Intelligence and the Political Killing Task Team. He appointed his brothers, families and friends as investigators and body guards for him and Lushaba. Lushaba's bodyguard is a guy called Mandla Lushaba"

Sikhala’s uncle handed the car keys to Tinashe Mpofu, the young brother of Zimbabwean Nigel Sibanda, after Mpofu joined the meeting at a later stage. After attacking me in Minneapolis, the family has been attempting to silence my reporting by filing restraining orders against me. Chris and DeYanna’s requests have been DENIED. After I posted my last video giving an update on them filing the restraining orders, DeYanna went to the POLICE DEPARTMENT to try to get the police to potentially arrest me for “violating the restraining order”. The police told DeYanna that my video wasn’t a violation and interestingly enough, none of the “evidence” the Ostroushko’s submitted for the hearing proved ANY of the threats or harassment they state they’ve been getting. During the hearing, DeYanna and Chris both stated they’re “traumatized” and that I am at fault for all of the backlash they’ve been receiving. 26-year-old Engineering Graduate Akash Delison from Krishnarajapuram in Sivaganga district of Tamil Nadu died because of torture and assault inside the custody of Tamil Nadu Police in March this year. On the evening of 14th Sep he called his uncle and told him that the wife of the colonel at whose house he is posted as a House Help under Buddy system of Army is going to murder him. After three days the family received a call from SM of the unit who informed them that they are sending the dead body of Amit to Jammu. The family received the Body on 19th Sep and even now no one from the Army bothered to inform them about the cause and reason of his death. Family is alleging that Wife of the Colonel was forcing Amit to do things with her which he was not comfortable with. And that leads to his murder. Its such a serious allegation and if this is true its a shame for the entire force.
