I returned all the mission schools to the church during my tenure as Lagos State Governor. One of you, Cardinal Anthony Okogie, is alive to testify to that. But the schools are in the states. Preach to them, the governors of your states. They do the job. There is no need for a constitutional amendment for that. - President Tinubu declined the request of the Catholic Bishops to consider the return of mission schools, redirecting the bishops to engage the state governors.
