Dude go to the ER. I posted in the other thread about my wife’s brown recluse bite and that shit turned necrotic fast. Don’t wait because of what the urgent care said, it’s your arm that’s at risk here. Get a second opinion. He’ll get a third opinion if you want. Good luck bud
