Thanks for the update. Please look into Tate Adamiak's case as it's a violation of his basic civil rights as well as his 2nd Amendment rights. I have 3 videos on this case up on my channel breaking down all the details but to summarize based on what's written below in his latest appeal: -Tate had no unregistered firearms. -Tate had no machine guns nor transferred any machine guns -Tate had 0 destructive devices All of these items were, literally not figuratively, either fabricated out of nothing, assembled by federal agents in a way Tate never did, or modified by federal agents in a state of the art manufacturing facility that Tate never had, nor planned to have, access to. He was deliberately targeted by the rogue Biden DOJ who just needed a "win" at the time he was arrested. This man was an active duty Navy Sailor (E6) at the time of his arrest with 0 criminal record and was merely collecting equipment for a future museum he planned on opening when he retired from the military.

Attacking the NFA aggressively by taking the position that it's entirely unconstitutional would be ideal. I haven't seen enough of that. In fact, I've seen some briefs which seem to do the opposite. Based on the plain text and original meaning of 2A, the NFA is now and always has been an infringement on the right to arms. Let's argue the matter that way.
