update on my Slime game💚 I restarted the project from scratch after quitting Epic. Made a new fluid solver that enabled real(?) slime movement and slimeling spawning. Very excited about my plans <3 I've always wanted Splatoon mechanics in dungeons #gamedev #techart #vfx #realtimevfx #UE5

Seeing the slime split up when you jump instantly reminded me of playing LocoRoco on the PSP

It’s cool idea and graphically nice, but the jump seems unnatural. Maybe just stretch upwards? If any slime hits a ledge then it’s effectively pulled up there. Just my two cents.

80% of the sound design was me blowing bubbles into a big/small bow with variations of bespoke straws :kek: Some of the sounds are added in post, but are good references nonetheless when they are eventually turned into full procedural
