This is Vishnu Tiwari, a poor Brahmin He spent 20 years in a jail under a fake SC/ST atrocities act. SC/St act was introduced in parliament in1987 by Rajiv gandhi govt. SC/ST act was enacted by parliament into law by VP singh & BJP govt in 1989.
