You won't believe this, but I recognise his voice. He was a Dutch policeman, came over to the UK on an exchange programme years back. He's probably in his 50s by now, and his English has improved markedly.

Was this supposed to be funny? That was absolutely awful, and probably best to stay away from comedy i reckon.
