However, CBN gets a record of any transaction above X amount. Back in the days is 15 million.. I think now is 50 million. Don't quit , take this issue to CBN. There is the source of truth. Something is not straight in the story. Also, get an expert to crack the man email and see the account update or statement he received. It is a lot of money, and access may be right. However, there are too many red flags in the story. Does it mean the man gave her sister the wrong info only about the access bank? Why was all the other info accurate except this?. Why did access bank denied even the first account balance? This story is not about this woman alone. It is about every bank depositor.

you can request for bank statement from other accounts maybe there's any transaction between the banks, if its salary accounts they should ask the company for pay slip or accounts details, I don't trust naija Banks. ✌
