The theory is still young, and even mechanistic explanations are limited. We close part of this gap by showing that latent reasoning is secretly doing policy improvement. We know that some of the issues in Nairobi are structural and historical, but a good governor must have a disaster team ready to assist when it strikes. A good governor doesn't turn the county assembly speaker into his goon or youthwinger. A good governor can easily mobilise 500 young and energetic men and women to be trained on rescue from each of the 17 sub-counties. We can have a working team to help reduce the pain of a disaster. But a lazy governor hates MCAs who demand that he do better. Nairobi, don't elect someone because he can say TIBIM and TIALALA or he has dimples. Get someone who can make the city workable, livable and sustainable. You only need the city to have those 3 characterestics for you to have the convenience and comfort.

In front of you, ladies and gentlemen, are not ordinary dancers. These are certified mikoras from Lang’ata Women Prison. By the way they are dancing, you can already tell these are women who were doing scouting from Quiver to Habanos, hunting for victims to drug. Their CVs include club hopping, emotional damage, mysterious disappearances of Phones, and serving people the famous Pishori Special that makes a grown Luo man wake up in Kajiado wearing one shoe and speaking fluent Maasai. Some of these ladies sent their boyfriends to Sayuni before their subscription to life expired naturally. Others were caught doing international biashara of Unga at JKIA thinking they were starring in Narcos Nairobi Edition. Over the weekend, the prison organized Miss Lang’ata Prison 2026, and let me tell you Maina, competition was hotter than roadside motungo. Some of these women are still young, beautiful, and heavily armed with standing tirries pointing towards Kimende as if scanning for NATO drones. Even prison wardens were walking carefully to avoid falling in love and ending up in Kamiti emotionally. Nowadays it’s becoming extremely difficult to find beautiful women outside here na matiti imesimama. Half of them are serving 15 years to life in prison, while the other half are indoors behind ring lights calling old wazungus “Dzaddy” on OnlyFans for school fees and avocado toast. Being a man in this country is now a full-time survival series. You either get drugged in Kilimani, conned in Habanos, or emotionally kidnapped in Rongai. There's no escape route for the boy child. Ayaaam telling you, these daughters of Agrippina are not human beings.😒

Rosie O’Donnell Visits Daughter Chelsea in Prison Rosie O’Donnell recently visited her 28-year-old daughter Chelsea in prison (with the emotional update shared on Instagram on Friday, June 12, 2026). Chelsea is serving time following multiple arrests and probation violations related to substance issues. Rosie wrote: “I have compassion for those struggling with addiction — Chelsea was born into addiction and it has been a painful journey for her and her four young children. Prison Ministry Update. Wow. What a night it was at the prison. Lots of divine appointments tonight. God heard & answered our prayers. - Preached+prayed to 35 men. - Men repented. - Souls were saved. - Disciples encouraged. Lucas, who attempted suicide last week, is now stitched up / bandaged up. He said “thank you to everyone for praying.” He was smiling and couldn’t believe he had hundreds of you praying for him. Carlos a young tattooed faced man, shared he had just prayed less than 30 minutes before I came, for God to send someone to help him. “…and then you showed up Calvin, singing and handing out Bibles.” I shared Jesus with him we prayed together. Ibrahim, a Muslim man shared with great emotion, how he and the guy across the cell block were just discussing the spiritual battle between light and darkness. “Minutes later you showed up, giving out Bibles. Then you preached on John 10:10, the thief who comes to kill and Jesus who comes to give us abundant life.” He saw it as a sign from God to him. We talked about Jesus and prayed together. He is close to giving his life to Christ. Gerardo, the pastors son who attempted suicide, but was radically saved a few months ago (remember he flushed the drugs down the toilet in front of me) sent word to me from another minister. Gerardo was moved to another block in the prison. He’s doing great! Still off drugs. Still serving Jesus! I have more, but no room to share. God glorified Himself tonight. Jesus is real and still changing lives!

In Damascus a demonstration against the SDF is being held - 10 people have shown up!! 💚💪🏼 In the second video, these 10 people have started to fight against each other - a testimony of the deep divisions within Syria. The third video shows the demonstrators attacking 2 young men who have demonstrated against the SDF as well - someone in the demonstration camp claimed these 2 men to be members of the PKK, subsequently the mob tried to lynch them. In both cases, STG MoI forces had to intervene. These demonstrations are strongly promoted events - week after week, Syrian media outlets call for mass demonstrations, calling for the Syrian Government to attack the SDF and to exterminate the Kurds; using the PKK as a substitute term. Week after week less people show up to these demonstrations, they started with 100+ protestors and are now reduced to a handful - this is very evident in Damascus. Syria yearns for peace and stability, not another senseless war - especially when the SDF and the Jolani-Government are in agreement on unification.

Prison Ministry Update. Tonight was a seed planting night. Preached the Gospel to two floors of men (50+ men) in solitary confinement. Despite the crushing heat and humidity God moved in a mighty way. - We sang joyful songs together. - 20+ Bibles given out. - Prayed with an officer. - Gave out “Who Is Jesus” Bible studies. - After preaching, many inmates responded. They prayed and repented of their sins, confessing faith in Jesus Christ. Testimonies ——— Keep praying for Ibrahim, a Muslim man who is very close to following Jesus. He thanked me for talking with him again tonight. I shared the good news of Christ with him one more time and we prayed together. Prayed for many drug addicted men to be set free. I’m now starting to call this the “Miracle of Freedom.” Discipleship is a big part of what I do. Kerby, and I prayed for the Holy Spirit to set his heart on fire. He is very hungry for more of Jesus in his life. Keep praying saints! The seeds of the Gospel were planted, they are taking root and growing. All glory to Jesus our Lord!

Since Andy Burnham wants to be the next Labour leader, here’s a reminder: Andy accused victims of Pakistani-Muslim grooming gangs of trying to “propagandise” the issue. He tried to block the grooming gangs inquiry in Manchester and nationally. He claimed that Pakistani-Muslims grooming gangs are a “thing of the past” despite clear evidence that little girls are still being victimised to this day, including in his local area. And what does he call the LITTLE GIRLS who were raped under his watch? Not children. Not little girls. “Young women.” Even on the most basic level, Burnham tried to shift the blame onto victims and refused to acknowledge that they were children. Countless little girls were raped, exploited and even murdered by Pakistani-Muslim grooming gangs, while powerful men like him turned a blind eye. Andy Burnham belongs in prison, not Parliament. Swiss psychologist Jean Piaget is revered in education circles as the father of “constructivism” - which is a theory that young children create knowledge by connecting new experiences with past learning, through a process not unlike the scientific method. Faced with something unfamiliar (an anti-theft security tag affixed to a shoe), this little guy draws upon his existing knowledge (or “schema” in Piagetian terms) to make sense of what he’s seeing. In a sign of the times that would have fascinated Piaget (who died in 1980), our hero assumes that the shoe comes with its own charger, which - according to its label (a size 10 sticker) will permit the owner to walk for 10 minutes after charging. Obstacle courses go far beyond: "just letting kids play" It's unfortunate that we don't have more forward thinking and creative coaches working with young athletes. Often times I see little kids doing little adult training instead! Obstacle courses are a great choice when working with younger pre-adolescent athletes. While many coaches view obstacle courses as “just letting the kids play” or just “running races with things in the way”, the experienced coach knows that any activity can be manipulated to get a desired training effect. Obviously for the youngest of children just “letting them run” an obstacle course at their own pace or racing against a friend is highly engaging and extraordinary for cardiovascular conditioning but we can also use obstacle courses as a task-oriented opportunity to train other elements like mobility, strength, speed, balance and coordination using variety and diversity of movement. Lets take a look at some examples: 1. Mobility obstacle course 2. Crawling/Climbing Obstacle course 3. Motor skills obstacle course 4. Jumping obstacle course A coach can use these exercises as a stand alone activity or combine them in an infinite number of variations to develop a wide range of athletic skills. #LTAD Anyone interested in learning more about youth athletic development DM me for details on courses.

“They didn’t teach me anything!” Want to evaluate the quality of your child’s preschool? You could hardly ask for a better endorsement than this one, captured at the end of a three-year-old’s first day of school. In fact, if you visit a classroom and find a preschool teacher lecturing - or children hunched over desks, all engaged in the same teacher-directed activity - run for the hills. That’s because young children don’t learn in the same way older children do. They learn through play. They learn through interaction. They learn through discovery and exploration; through trial and error. The best early childhood teachers are rarely the center of attention in their classrooms. They aren’t there to lecture and drill, but to observe, plan, guide, question, and support the needs of each individual child. Never confuse a lack of stereotypical “teaching” in these classrooms for a lack of LEARNING. Or rigor. Indeed, these child guided classrooms are learning laboratories second only to the home in terms of their life-changing potential.
