Remember when Columbus Circle in DC looked like a third-world protest zone under Biden? “Hamas Is Coming” graffiti. Violent mobs climbing monuments. Foreign flags everywhere. Homeless camps surrounding our nation’s capital. Now look at it under President Trump. Clean. Beautiful. Fountains flowing. American flags flying. Law and order restored. Decline is a choice. So is leadership. 🇺🇸

In just days, President Trump and our brave law enforcement have cleaned up our nation’s capital, removing vicious murderers, gang members, and criminal illegal aliens with ties to cartel networks. President Donald J. Trump Trump’s decisive leadership in cracking down on crime in Washington, D.C. has delivered historic results that will have a ripple effect across cities nationwide. Illegal aliens, criminals, and bad actors are hearing our message loud and clear: consequences are here, and LAW and ORDER has returned.

Under President Trump’s leadership, the days of crime and lawlessness in our nation’s capital are OVER. Every day, the patriots of ICE Washington D.C. are working to arrest and remove criminal illegal aliens from our communities.

Leadership is about showing up. Missing more votes than your colleagues and canceling Homeless Committee meetings in the midst of this crisis is unacceptable. In 3 years, we cleaned up over 130 encampments and got thousands of people inside. Nobody thinks it's enough, but hard work starts with showing up.

Since 2021, California has cleaned up 5,679 encampments. Now, we're getting more people off the streets and into housing with an additional $299 million in funding. For many Californians living on the streets, this is a lifeline and a path from encampments to homes. This is about more than just the money – this funding represents our commitment to compassion and progress.

Walking through Union Station in DC today and it's beautiful. Clean. Safe. Orderly. The way the gateway to our nation's capital should be. Not long ago this place was overrun with homeless encampments, crime, and chaos. Now? It looks like a city that respects itself again. This is what happens when you have a President who actually respects our country, heritage, and culture. Thank you, President Trump.

You literally can’t make this up The city of Los Angeles cleaned up a homeless encampment, and just 2 HOURS later the encampment was back “Prostitution violence and drug use right outside an elementary school. Mothers in with babies in their hands and or strollers, they have to walk on the street in oncoming traffic because they can't use the sidewalk” “Trash cans back. City crews came out here today and cleared it out, but within hours, some of the homeless were already back.” There are an estimated over 15,000 homeless encampments in Los Angeles…. Just in LA….

Karoline Leavitt says President Trump is delivering on his promise to make Washington safer and more beautiful, pointing to lower crime, restored monuments, and cleaner streets: “It’s unbelievable to see these people, these deranged leftists in algae costumes with ‘Team Algae’ on their backs. What does that even mean? Only Democrats could oppose beautifying our nation’s capital and making it a symbol of pride again. But this is exactly what the American people elected President Trump to do. He promised on the campaign trail that he would make our nation’s capital safe and beautiful again, and it is a promise he has kept. And when it comes to beautification, I live here and work at the White House, and you can see the changes for yourself. The homeless encampments are gone. The parks are cleaned up. The president has restored more than 120 monuments across the city, and the National Park Service has used more than 150 tons of material to repair potholes. This has been a real problem in Washington for a long time. President Trump is addressing it, and leave it to the Democrats to oppose it.”
