UPDATE- President Museveni has today commissioned new accommodation facilities for SFC officers at Nakasero, describing the investment as part of efforts to improve the welfare, discipline and operational readiness of Uganda’s armed forces.

SFC must be dismantled and foiled completely should Uganda get back to normal democratic ways

It’s only subtle if the president vacates nakasero. That place is stagnant because of his presence.
