Explain to me why he shouldn't, if you think Abbott's moves are good for this country. Why does one political party think that they are above the law?

As they continue to drift further apart, the chances of the storm as a whole getting any stronger than she already has are rapidly dwindling. A very weak landfall near New Orleans, Louisiana is imminent, with a second landfall over Houston, Texas still in the forecast for tomorrow.
