Oba how do we explain to anyone that at 17’ and 41’ those people in Uganda Police Force rain jackets are actually Traffic officers charged with enforcing law and order on the roads? In Kampala, walking is the only means of transportation for more than 45% of the population. Pedestrians are some of the most affected by road crashes. Dear Sharifah Buzeki and your team Kampala Capital City Authority (KCCA) when will this madness STOP and we secure pedestrian walkways? Safe Roads Save Lives
