Generally when they’re this brazen it’s because they usually get away w/it so this isnt surprising. She’s a great example.

The operative word is "eligible" which gives judges and procecutors discretion. If she had been Black she would be charged with elder abuse, aggravated assault on a senior citizen; menacing with a weapon and jailed. Another example of why prison demographics are what they are.
