Did you ask if the video was captured before the war or after? Unless it was delivered to ENDF by drone or by donkey? ENDF is nowhere to be found near the area the war happened. So any more explanation??

Forget this dumb propaganda. What caught my attention is why the pictures are blurred. It looks like a video taken in the 18th century. Why did PP’s 4K propaganda videos suddenly get blurred? The answer is they are displaying ENDF’s hardware. The blurring is to obscure evidence.
