Good it has ended but like she mentioned in the video, the network providers need to do better. I don't want to believe they've ran out of numbers. With my little knowledge of oracle and SQL, the system can generate millions of RAND. With the spate of insecurity and crimes, the country shouldn't be recycling numbers. That practice has to end. And it should end now.
