Uploading this full well knowing Twitter is gonna nerf the quality

Srsly in my 5 years of posting on here I don't know how to upload a video and have it not look crunchy. I've tried from my phone, desktop. Diff resolution/frame rates. No matter what it always has a perpetual crunchiness and grey filter added to it like wtf am I doing wrong

The way I’d pay hundreds of dollars and have it framed in my living room like those obnoxious penthouse owners with their art pieces
