lol then Wan’Dale broke the Kentucky receiving record, led us to the 2nd best season in school history and got drafted in the 2nd round of the NFL draft where he’s been a great slot for the Giants this is so lame 😭 berate the kid for considering his home state school?

2 things it was to illustrate a recurring philosophy that urban had. And second he’s a good player and made it to the NFL so it worked out for him and it worked out for OSU because he wasn’t better than anyone that started for OSU in his time at Kentucky

@TaninSmithKK He was better that Paris

@TaninSmithKK Freshman Robinson was better than Paris? No shot

Most of the comments don’t realize how stupid this is bc they don’t know the context… Wandale was a major reason why uk beat Florida the year he played here

He also doesn’t start at OSU that year. Worked out for both sides

The pregnant wife beater / failed coach is still podcasting? lol

The dude who got fired for being an alcoholic that hits women, has no job - is talking down on a dude still in the nfl - where he was a top 50 pick. Makes sense. Enjoy your podcast buddy.

He’s from Kentucky. And he was drafted and plays in the NFL. I kinda see the point but a home state SEC school isn’t like he’s considering App state or something

HAHAHAHA THANKS

Win win 😂

Great story lol also urban was right like what the hell are we doing here . Why we talking about a damn Kentucky. You wanna compete everyday with nfl players or go to a basketball school

Wandale turned out to be pretty good 😂😂 Also, he went to Nebraska out of high school. THEN came home and lit it up.

Should’ve kept this one in the archives coach smith. Just making Urban look like a bigger ass clown than everyone already thinks.

Who listens to this clown show? 😂

Wan’Dale Robinson had over 100 catches and 1330 yards his junior year at Kentucky. Was a 2nd round pick. Then just had 93 catches in his third year in the NFL. Meanwhile this guy has a podcast with bad ratings that needs a story making fun of Robinson to get any eyeballs.

great kid and player! But I agree with Urban! UK, wth!

He didn’t even commit to Kentucky dumbass. He went to Nebraska and transferred to Kentucky long after Urban left OSU. Do you know ball or just talk out of your ass?

Purdue, Ronald Moore. Except that kinda came back to hurt

We talking about urban Meyer that got fired from the jags for being the worst coach in NFL history, talking about the coach that went viral for this photo. He’s always been overhyped

Wan’Dale Robinson did not transfer out of Nebraska to go to Kentucky until after the ‘20 season Urban Meyer stepped down at Ohio State after the ‘19 season

Was Kentucky not good enough here either? 😭😭😭 Such a bum

Michigan fan here, I've got my gripes with Urban as a person but as a leader, this is the right move. No question about it.

This is for other 5 star recruits to hear and experience. The assumed air of authority and success. Wan'Dale was going to be good/successful regardless. But Urban's approach was WHY he was such a great recruiter. The exclusivity.

Let’s assume this guys telling the truth (he’s probably not). Why would it be a good thing for Urban Meyer to stop recruiting a future NFL talent because of other schools he’s interested in? No matter how you look at it, Urban missed in this situation

This dude is lying out of his teeth about this situation. Meyer stopped coaching at OH in 2018…..Robinson transferred from Nebraska in 2019-2020 and played at UK 2021…

Urban’s record and titles speak for themselves, but most other coaches pulling that without his resume is a d-bag move.

What a clown Meyer is and always was

So Urban turned down a second round draft pick who had 1400 yards his junior year at Kentucky. The same year OSU got pumped in the Big House? 525 yards his second year despite catching passes from Danny Dimes. And this looks good how?

made this whole story up lol

🤭🤭

Full podcast episode here

Looks like Kentucky served him well. SEC matters

@TheUofKwildcats 😂

He also refused to report domestic violence

He went to Kentucky and is playing in the NFL. That is just Urban’s scare tactic recruiting strong man pitch. He would have taken Wandale at any point in the process.

More and more players like wandale should STOP GOING TO BLUE BLOODS. They will slot you as a reserve and KEEP YOU THERE. If youre a 3star recruit why are you going to osu or texas, go ball out somewhere else and then see if they come calling

Call for one Urban Meyer
