This confiscation of the Jirga ground and militarization of the space is not an isolated act but part of a broader, long-standing pattern of state-sponsored terrorism aimed at erasing Pashtun voices and suppressing their peaceful demands for justice. We urgently call upon the international community, the United Nations, and all human rights organizations to take immediate and decisive action: 1. Condemn the State’s Repressive Actions: Publicly denounce the Pakistani government’s confiscation of the Jirga ground and its use of armed forces to prevent a peaceful assembly. 2.
