🚨 “URGENT” Asylum Seekers FOR THE NEXT 10 YEARS? The Home Office has submitted an URGENT Crown Development application for MOD Bicester Site A. Piddington has one very simple question: If this is a minimum 10-YEAR development, why does it require an accelerated “urgent” planning process? Why can’t the...

🌍 HOW A TINY OXFORDSHIRE VILLAGE ROARED — AND THE WORLD HEARD IT It started with Piddington. A village of only a few hundred people facing a proposal for asylum accommodation for up to 1,250 men at nearby MOD Bicester Site A. The village decided it would not simply disappear quietly into a government planning process. It roared. What happened next was extraordinary. 🇬🇧 BBC. Sky News. The Times. The Telegraph. The Guardian. The Independent. The Sun. The i. GB News. Times Radio. Channel 5. LBC. Then Piddington crossed the Atlantic. 🇺🇸 CBS News. CBS Mornings. The Wall Street Journal. Washington Examiner. Newsmax. Daily Caller. Sinclair’s National News Desk. Breitbart. Then it travelled further. 🇳🇿 New Zealand radio. 🇬🇷 Greek national media. And some enormous individual voices entered the conversation: Elon Musk. John Cleese. Matt Goodwin. Nadhim Zahawi. Edwina Currie. Allison Pearson. Eventually even the Prime Minister was being publicly questioned about Piddington. A local planning dispute had become a national argument about proportionality, infrastructure, consultation, democracy and whether communities have a meaningful voice when Whitehall makes decisions for them. Now councils and political parties are discussing legal challenges to the Government’s wider asylum-accommodation strategy. Think about that. One tiny Oxfordshire village. One roar. And a story that travelled around the world. 🌍 We never needed to be the biggest. We just needed to refuse to be ignored. 🐻 PIDDINGTON — THE VILLAGE THAT ROARS. #Piddington #PiddingtonRoars #TheVillageThatRoared #Oxfordshire #Bicester #Democracy #LocalGovernment #UKPolitics

PIDDINGTON IS THE TIP OF THE SPEAR. Andy Burnham We may be a tiny plucky Oxfordshire village — but we intend to puncture the complacency surrounding Government plans that communities believe are being imposed upon them without a meaningful voice. 268 adults. 46 children. A proposed site for 1,250 men. And when a resident writes to No.10? We’re pointed towards the Ministry of Defence. No, Prime Minister. Government cannot simply pass responsibility around Whitehall while communities live with the consequences of its decisions. This is bigger than Piddington now. It is about local consent, proportionality, transparency and democratic accountability. People across Britain are contacting us because they feel their representatives aren’t listening. So Piddington will speak. We will challenge the process. We will scrutinise the decisions. We will demand answers. And we will do it peacefully, democratically and relentlessly. Piddington is the tip of the spear — not against people, but against a system of government that must be accountable to the people it serves. We are small. But sometimes it only takes a tiny point to puncture something very big. PIDDINGTON — THE VILLAGE THAT ROARED. We need global support and funds to fight this government! Support our campaign. Help us make the country listen. Thank you #Piddington #TheVillageThatRoared #LocalDemocracy #Accountability Elon Musk Donald J. Latest News: Bicester Mod Site A for Asylum Seekers has caused a major political upheaval and dismay. Utility companies have been instructed to proceed and plan to deploy within 8 weeks The residents of Piddington that sit immediately next door to the proposed asylum site A, learnt today that without any plans or structured published proposal available for Public review and scrutiny, other than a verbal and written statements from the Home Office of its intentions, understand the utility companies have been instructed to proceed with preparations to make the site viable. The site would need appropriate electrical power supply, water supply and sewage disposal facilities to house 1125 single men. This site was not designed for this purpose and substantial adjustments are being planned and executed in readiness to start work end of August early September 2026. It is my firm belief that the government has no intention to allow due process to be followed and if the planned proposal is published to the public it will be done just on the break of the summer holiday period. This leaves Piddington and the surrounding villages and towns less than 2 weeks to respond to the proposal during a period of time when most people and professional resources are away on holiday. Piddington is seeking independence and self determination, the principality of Piddington that is being railroaded by powers beyond its control, This Plucky little beautiful English village has taken a referendum on 4th July 2026 for independence with a 96% YES result! Timeline: 26th June UK government announced proposal to develop Bicester Site A 3rd July precisely 7 days after the announcement, Piddington agrees to have a vote on the Referendum to become an independent state from the United Kingdom. 4th July Ballots open at 9an and closed at 9 pm with the results of 96% seeking independence as our way to manage this issue. Piddington has a mandate to explore with the UK government and will seek help from the international community to bring leverage against the UK government. 🚨 PIDDINGTON UPDATE — 4 AUGUST 🚨 I’m Tim McNally, Chair of Piddington Parish Council. The sun is rising over our village… but a storm is building. It has been 14 days since we sent our open letter to the Prime Minister, Andy Burnham. 14 days of silence. No response. No engagement. No dialogue. Meanwhile, our concerns have been reported across national media — yet still, nothing from Government. Tonight, Piddington meets again. We will decide whether to escalate our campaign and move toward a village referendum on our future and self-determination in response to the proposed changes affecting us. This is not a step we take lightly. Piddington is a village with deep roots — stretching back to the Domesday Book. We have always believed in local voice, local identity, and local democracy. But right now, many here feel unheard. Families are anxious. Questions are growing. And trust is being tested. This is bigger than one village. It’s about whether communities like ours still matter when decisions are made. Tonight, we choose our next step. If we proceed, our campaign will continue — peacefully, lawfully, and publicly — until we are heard. We are also opening our fundraising campaign today. We held back for as long as we could, hoping for dialogue. Now we need support to continue. If you believe local voices should be heard: 👉 Support us. Share this. Stand with us. Donald J.
