The Islamic Republic is using the phone and internet blackout to engage in mass killings of Iranian protestors. The shut off phone and internet service is preventing hospital staff from calling in additional doctors, nurses and other staff to meet the heightened demand for urgent support - hospitals are literally being prevented from even calling other doctors to notify them that their help is needed. Protests have reignited across Iran this evening, with major unrest reported in Tehran, Shiraz, Isfahan, Qazvin, Rasht, Qom, and Ramsar. Tear gas and clashes have been reported as crowds return to the streets despite heavy security. In Tehran’s west and south, IRGC units were seen threatening protesters with rifles. A mosque in Haft Hoz used by security forces was reportedly set on fire. In Ramsar, the atmosphere is described as near-martial law, with early shutdowns and military deployment. Very disturbing reports are coming in from multiple cities of the IRGC, Basij, and other forces opening fire on protesters.

Hello guys. This is a sensitive matter I’m addressing with KNH. AbdiKhadhir’s death today took a toll on me and his ward mates who literally saw him succumb to his death with no help or urgent response from the hospital. First things first, Kenyatta National Hospital blocked me from entering the hospital and wards today. I gave up and they took me to the marketing and PR department where they allowed me but with the mandatory escort of their officers. They told me I wasn’t allowed to record anything as well and I agreed. They escorted me to the wards and his ward mates, who are actually gun shot patients as well were listening to Borana songs when I walked in, in remembrance of AbdiKhadir🥹🥹 Now, everyone is saying how underwhelming the response from the doctors and nurses was when Khadir suddenly developed breathing difficulty. All the patients in the wards can’t walk and the only one who could ran out to call the doctors and he was shooed away. NO SENSE OF URGENCY AT ALL!!!!!!! I’m sick and tired of this hospital. One Denis, who was shot on the leg has been neglected , his leg has rotten away and now he’s supposed to be amputed💔💔 I told everyone who was there that I’m waiting for their response tomorrow as they discuss their transfer to a private hospital.
