My office has heard from hundreds of residents with concerns about the snow and ice buildup and removal. We are continuing to elevate your concerns to DPW and we are working to get crews and plows to your streets as soon as possible. I know this is frustrating and we thank you for your patience — DPW will get to everyone, but it is taking longer than usual due to the freezing temperatures icing the snow. Reminder: Please call 311 with requests if your street needs to be plowed. Let’s look out for each other and please shovel your sidewalk to help make sure there is room for people to walk and for neighbors who use wheelchairs to get through.

This year, for Sam's birthday fundraiser, we are returning to the beginning. Please join me as we celebrate Sam's birthday by once again raising funds to benefit The Lyceum Theatre in Edinburgh. Over the next four weeks, we will hear stories about The Lyceum from those who have had the honour of treading her boards, from those who have worked there, and those that love her so. Ladies and gentlemen, this is your captain speaking on the Cunard queen cruise line. We will be traveling in Waters that pirates frequent so to keep everybody on board safe we ask that you follow a couple of rules. To make this ship less visible to threats .. The external promenade deck is closed overnight (from 9 PM to 5AM) Also please turn off your stateroom lights, close drapes and lock balcony doors to make this ship as dark as possible.. These actions make it harder for pirates to see and board the ship .. Your safety is our priority.. Other than that, please relax, and enjoy your vacation👍🏼😐

The Modernistic Renovation of London Liverpool Street Station 🏙 The time is finally upon us that the Liverpool Street station I've loved for so long is about to see changes that myself and others see as incredibly controversial. A great effort has been made by various people to try and stop this from happening. Though my fears are that the renovations will still go ahead, if people did manage to stop it, I would not feel that I've wasted my time in making this video because it's only by alerting the public that we can help to prevent, or simply raise awareness on such issues. Just imagine all the plans we don't hear about until it's already too late. If you would like others to know about this, or feel the same regret as I do, please share this post in order to make others aware. Thank you all for your support, and for loving the places that mean the world to me. 🤝

Tens of thousand of internally displaced people are currently crossing from the South of Gaza back to their homes in the North, some laying eyes on their cities for the first time in 15 months. And finally, after days of waiting and finding a place in line, at 7am today Al-Rashid Street was opened for pedestrians to make the trek home. We are so honored to be there every step of the way. The Sameer Project has been planning for this moment. Planning to support, help, and celebrate those retuning. We supplied water tanks on a truck to those going on foot, 8,000 liters of fresh drinking water to prepare those for their journey. We can’t stress enough how much we need you right now. We need to prepare for the reported 650,000 Palestinians retuning to the northern area. Water, food, additional necessary aid, we have the process and the systems to support.
