RESCUE SAM, PLEASE. I rescued a German Shepherd in Corvallis Oregon shelter years ago. He was way in the back under lock and key. He was there because he was TOO SMART. He could get out of his own, open the heavy side door, and go around front to look at the employees through the big window. I got him because my border Collie needed a play mate. Whiskey became Wizard, and live past 9 years. Died of cancer. Great dog.
