Does no one look at the DCAS ? It breaks my heart to know that many suffer and all the VA can ask is " Do you ever feel like hurting yourself or others?" They wont go any further and only give you a number to call.

It's a sad affair, no doubt. But honestly, if the Veteran answers "no", what can be done?
