Iranian state-run media has released footage of and claimed that a helicopter and several other aircraft with the Iranian Navy intercepted and forced the withdrawal of the USS Fitzgerald (DDG-62), an Arleigh Burke-Class Guided Missile Destroyer with the U.S. Navy, earlier today near Iran’s territorial waters in the Gulf of Oman.
