“We got a packet showing the satellite photos that Colin Powell was eventually going to brief to the U.N. on why we had to invade Iraq. We started looking at them, and the call-out box said the truck was a decontamination truck. But it looked exactly like every water truck we’d seen driving around Iraq for years.
