Now that the Philippine-U.S. Exercise Salaknib has wrapped, FORUM reflects on what the U.S. Joint Pacific Multinational Readiness Center (JPMRC) delivered at the exercise, and why it matters for regional partnerships. JPMRC is a forward‑deployed training capability and game‑changing asset that raises the standard for high‑end joint and combined readiness across the Indo‑Pacific. Exercises like Salaknib demonstrate the regional benefits of Allies and Partners collaborating through premier combat training center effects brought directly to the field. Highlights this year included night reconnaissance with a drone team, engineer breaching with a mine‑clearing charge and a night air assault. These realistic training environments continue to elevate forces seeking advanced, integrated readiness. The result: deeper trust, sharper skills, and a more prepared region. What benefit of the Philippine-U.S. training at Salaknib stands out the most to you? Learn more about recent Philippine-U.S. training and cooperation efforts here

🇺🇸🇮🇷The Wall Street Journal has confirmed that a devastating Iranian ballistic missile strike targeting the Muwaffaq Salti Air Base in Jordan has killed two U.S. service members, wounded several others, and damaged multiple manned and unmanned American aircraft. The strategic installation was temporarily staging hundreds of U.S. military personnel and dozens of combat aircraft designated for counter-strikes against Iran, making it a prime target for Tehran's regional proxies. This highly coordinated attack marks a dangerous shift in the conflict, demonstrating a calculated effort by Iran to directly target and suppress American air power assets as regional hostilities spiral into an all-out conventional war. By striking a critical node holding American strike aircraft, Iran has crossed a definitive threshold, attempting to blind and ground U.S. air capabilities before they can even launch. This lethal escalation will not deter Washington; instead, it guarantees an immediate, overwhelming expansion of U.S. and allied retaliatory operations that will target the core of the Iranian regime's military architecture.

Non essential personnel are being evacuated out of the Iraq embassy over regional security risks. Save Our Allies has been part of the some of the worst humanitarian crisis’ in the past 4 years and we are prepping now. I strongly urge Americans traveling or residing in the Middle East to enroll in the U.S. Department of State’s Department of State Smart Traveler Enrollment Program (STEP), especially amid rising regional conflicts and tensions. STEP registration ensures that the U.S. government can quickly locate and communicate with citizens during crises, such as escalating violence, political unrest, or terrorist threats, which are increasingly common in the region. This vital connection allows our organization to coordinate more effectively with U.S. embassies and consulates, streamlining evacuation efforts and ensuring timely assistance. By enrolling, you empower us to work swiftly and efficiently to bring you to safety when every moment counts.

❗️❗️The United States is opening a massive secondary front in the Persian Gulf unleashing devastating precision firepower from the ground, the U.S. Army is actively firing long-range MGM-140 ATACMS ballistic missiles from M142 HIMARS launchers stationed in Kuwait to pulverize strategic targets deep inside Iran. Utilizing the highly mobile and combat-proven HIMARS platforms, American artillery units are launching high-velocity tactical missiles capable of striking targets over 300 kilometers away. This strategic positioning in Kuwait allows the U.S. military to strike critical Iranian military installations, coastal defense networks, and IRGC command hubs with pinpoint accuracy from across the Gulf waters. This rapid expansion of ground-based missile strikes represents a catastrophic escalation for Tehran, leaving their air defense networks completely overwhelmed by a multi-directional onslaught. By combining the unstoppable kinetic speed of ATACMS with the ongoing devastating aerial bombardments by the U.S. Air Force, Washington is systematically dismantling Iran's military infrastructure. The message to the Islamic Republic is deafening and absolute: there is nowhere left to hide, and the full weight of America's precision arsenal will continue to rain down until the regime's capacity to threaten regional stability is entirely wiped out.

#Ethiopia: Lieutenant General Alemshet Degife, Military Advisor to the Chief of Staff of the Ethiopian National Defense Force (#ENDF) and Chief of the Fire Command, announced plans to reduce the military’s involvement in policing and transfer these responsibilities to regional police forces and local militias. Speaking in a two-part interview with ENDF Media, he emphasized, “It is not sustainable for the national defense force to be deployed in every village, woreda, kebele, and city.” General Alemshet reflected on the challenges posed by prolonged military deployments over the past five to six years, particularly in the Tigray, Oromia, and Amhara regions. He outlined a strategy to withdraw troops to their camps and prioritize training, stating, “We are planning to return the military to its camp and focus on training. In this regard, we believe we will succeed, and our forces will get the necessary rest.” Watch!
