My son signed up online to vote by mail in DE while he was away at college. He never received a thing and had to drive 5 hrs to vote on Election Day. Both ways. When someone knows they're going to be elsewhere on election day they should be allowed to register with valid US identification where they will be. Mail should be only if out of country.
