Yeap, that’s exactly my reality. Exactly where I am today, my salary is just to pay rent. When and if my salary increases so is the rent which goes higher than the salary increase. And since my estate doesn’t have rules and laws about a cap rent, the increase is abusive!

The problem is the government keeps coming in and telling you " Your house is worth more " every year so they can keep taxing it for more money every year!!
