Almost all presidents have used the auto pen. Goes all the way back to Thomas Jefferson. “The president doesn’t have the authority to discharge his duties”? That’s literally the executive branch where the president delegates executive powers to others. @RepDonaldsPress
If [Biden] did not have the ability to run for President, as his own part determined seven months prior to his autopen explosion, then anything he signed, or the autopen signed, or whatever, as far as I'm concerned, is null and void.
