He says that TX National Guard prevented CBP from saving them. The only problem? The story is false. The illegal migrants died on the Mexican side of the border, and Texas was not informed about the drowning until after they died. The Biden DOJ even admitted in court that they did not inform Texas until a full hour AFTER the incident was over.
