Probably not - trump is deeply involved in kissing russian ass, and shows no inclination to apply pressure unto them. Even if the Senate and Congress vote in favor of the bill, the degenerate trump still have the veto right, and so far we have seen only extreme weakness from USA

They will never impose sanctions under trump. This is Graham just repeating the same "two weeks" bullshit all over again. trump at least stopped setting false deadlines. He's just open about never applying sanctions on russia.
