@Angelo4justice3 The US students are enjoying the attack on the teacher all were loughing while the Russian students stopped the attack on the teacher. Very big difference in attitude. The Russian students acted in a civilized manner. Admirable.

@Angelo4justice3 The main difference is that in the Russian case it seems there are still some collective values and the other students step in. Which, ironically is actually best even for the student who hit the teacher.
