Top talent goes to the US under O-1 visa. Canada already has visas to attract talent. Immigration isn't the problem. The problem is that talent has nothing to work on in Canada and there isn't sufficient capital to grow and commercialize R&D intensive industries.

That’s not extreme, it’s protecting the public and respecting the taxpayer. And if Starmer thinks that’s racist , he’s really on the wrong side of the British people.
