When doing these 5 reps: •Focus on opening up as your first step •Saying behind the ball •Stepping with your glove foot as you catch the ball to help keep your momentum and push off that leg to get into your crow hop •Feet stay in motion the entire time

Good Morning and happy Friday you lovely people! We have made it to the end of the week. It’s time to park up our vans, lock up our warehouses and get ourselves to the pub for a well deserved pint this afternoon. But first we finish the week on a high, we keep on giving it 110% and we don’t go home until we are proud! I always keep my face to the sunshine and let the shadows fall behind me. Don’t pay to much attention to the doom and gloom on the news. It’s a good world out there, it’s gonna be a good day. Just keep on pushing yourself. Love to you all. Happy Friday and let’s have a great November. Bosh❤️🇬🇧

In this drill I am working on throwing off my right foot. See how many you can do staying balanced. When throwing on the run, it’s easy to get pulled away from your target and fall all over the place. Keep your tilt, a loose arm and tight core. Start palms down elbows up, chest and hips to target as you’re throwing, and work on stay down as you release opposed to popping up.
